Key Responsibilities 


  • Strategize, plan and deliver iSolve’s sales growth goals in Enterprise platforms across Banking, Media, Engineering and Healthcare verticals
  • Establish a stable Business Development and Sales pipeline within target customer group
  • Work closely with commercial teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools
  • Collaborate with Marketing to build an automated lead nurturing program
  • Drive sales and business development activities – sell iSolve platforms to new organisations through email campaigns, ‘cold calling’ and other channels
  • Strengthen ongoing customer engagements
  • Build and strengthen new customer relationships

 

Essential Experience 


  • Pre-existing business contacts in the Nordics across Banking, Media, Engineering and Healthcare verticals
  • Cold calling and sales experience
  • Experience in Product / Platform Sales management

 

Who you are 


  • You have 4+ years experience with inbound and outbound sales where you have successfully sold enterprise platforms and services
  • You are a team player with the desire and ability to work in an innovative, high-growth sales environment
  • You have exceptional oral and written communication skills coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive, energetic presence
  • You have a strong affinity with technology and finance
  • You are fluent in English, Norwegian and Swedish; Danish is optional
  • You have a good understanding of the Nordics IT / Digital Transformation /Business Services markets and different industries
